Made using the same method as Champagne. Fresh on the palate with smooth acidity and a powerful bouquet, this Cava is refined and hugely drinkable. Aged for a minimum of 20 months in oak, it is pale in colour with fine bubbles and a crisp finish. A great all rounder it would make a good aperitif and a perfect party wine.
