A medium body wine which is fresh and elegant with many layers. Hold's a long satisfying aftertaste. Packed full of fruit with a very complex nose; mocha and coffee, hints of roasted meat, raspberry, strawberry and a scent of juniper berries.Deep ruby red in colour with blue hints.
Mezzo Forte is a blend based of Refosco (local variety grape), Merlot and Cabernet sauvignon. Wine was aged for 18 months in big barrels from Slavonian oak.
